  9. The amateur license of James L. Brantley, K6KPS has been
  10. suspended for a year starting March 21, 1993.  The suspension was in
  11. settlement of a forfeiture (civil fine) proceeding against Brantley
  12. for alleged malicious interference and broadcasting violations of
  13. the Commission's Rules.
